Hi, I'm Meredith.

With eight years of recruiting and people operations leadership under my belt, I've built and scaled hiring functions across education, social impact, and early-stage startups. From leading a national field recruiting team to standing up end-to-end talent infrastructure for mission-driven nonprofits, I know what it takes to hire well — and what falls apart without the right systems.

My approach is equal parts strategic and hands-on. I embed with your team, coach hiring managers, and design processes that actually stick — so your recruiting function runs smoothly long after our engagement ends.
